What day is the race?
The race is on Thanksgiving Day each year.

The race starts and finishes at the Aspiria Campus in Overland Park, KS.

Approximately 3,000 - 4,000.

Is there an age requirement for the race?
There is no age requirement for the 5K.
Are walkers allowed?
Yes! Walking is allowed in this family-friendly race.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes! Dogs are allowed at our race. Please keep your pet leashed and clean up after them.
Do I need to register my child if I will be pushing them in a stroller when I run/walk?
No. Children in strollers do not need to be registered. They must remain in the stroller for the duration of the 5k.

When does registration close?
Registration will be available up until the race starts at 9:00 AM on Thanksgiving morning. Click here for packet pickup info.
Do you allow refunds?
No refunds are allowed.

Can I push a stroller?
Yes! For the safety of all participants, all strollers must line up in the back of the starting chute. NOTE: No motorized vehicles, roller blades or bikes will be allowed on the course. Protection will be provided at all intersections by the Overland Park, KS police department and/or volunteers.
PACKET PICKUP / LATE REGISTRATION
Can someone else pick up my packet?
If you are unable to pick up your packet in person, someone may retrieve it on your behalf. Your designated pickup person just needs their photo ID and your registration confirmation number at the time of packet pickup.
Is there race day packet pickup or registration?
Avoid the long line on race day and the potential of missing the start of the race. It is highly recommended that you register for the race early and arrange to pick your packet up the day before the race. Race day registration and packet pickup will be available for participants unable to register or pick their packets up prior to race day.
Do you mail out packets?
Only virtual packets will be mailed out after the race.

What time does the race start?
5K will start at 9:00am
Kids Fun Run will start at approximately 10:00am
Where can I park on race day?
Parking will be provided for all participants and spectators in designated parking garages on the Aspiria Campus. Enter the Aspiria Campus from 119th Street to access parking garages L, M, N & O or enter the Aspiria Campus from 115th Street to access parking garages C, D & E.

Who takes the on-course and finisher pictures and how can I get them?
Race photos are provided by John Kelly Photos and will be available approximately 1 week after the race. Race photos can be found here.
RESULTS & AWARDS
Where will results be posted and finalized?
All results will be posted here but will not be finalized until the Thursday following the race.
